Peter Mullhall
Peter is a Director of Investigation Associates Australia.
He has 11 years of experience as an investigator and more than 20 years of
general management and human resources management experience.
He has conducted more than 400 investigations into a broad range of sensitive and complex matters for Government and for the Private and Not-for-Profit sectors. The subjects of the allegations he has investigated have ranged from shop floor to CEOs and Cabinet Ministers.
He is a licenced private investigator in NSW and he has an Advanced Diploma in Government (Management of investigations), a Diploma in Government (Investigations), a Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control) and a Certificate IV in Government Compliance.

Lee Downes
Lee is a Principal Investigator with Investigation Associates Australia.
She has more than 20 years general management experience in the NSW criminal justice and human services sector. She was most recently the Assistant Commissioner Security and Intelligence in Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) and a member of the CSNSW Professional Standards Committee.
She has conducted many investigations into significant and sensitive issues in the criminal justice system.
She is a licenced private investigator in NSW and she has Master of Business Administration and Executive Master in Public Administration degrees.

Jason Plumridge
Jason is a Principal Consultant with Investigation Associates Australia and Director for Vestinex Pty Ltd and has over 16 years of Fraud Investigation and Prevention, Information Technology Audit and Business Continuity Management experience. He has formerly held investigation and advisory roles within Government (NSW Police) and professional service firms (Ernst & Young, Certitude Technology Risk Services) conducting complex investigations and reviews.
He has a Diploma of Policing, Certificate IV in Government Fraud Control and Investigation and a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science (1st Class Hons). He is also a licenced private investigator in NSW and holds a Federal Government Security clearance to the level of “Protected”.

Shayne Sherman
Shayne is a Principal Consultant with Investigation Associates Australia. He has been involved in Public Sector investigations for over 30 years in the Commonwealth, NSW and WA Public Sectors. He has 15 years of experience in oversight agencies in NSW (ICAC) and WA (Anti-Corruption Commission and Ombudsman). He has, since 1998, held senior investigation management positions in a number of WA Public Sector agencies.
He is a licenced private inquiry agent in WA and holds a Master of Security Management degree, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, a Certificate IV in Government (Investigation), a Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control), a Diploma of Government (Investigation), a Diploma of Government (Fraud Control), a Certificate in Management and Advanced Certificate in Management. He has also undertaken courses with the Australian Federal Police as an Advanced Investigator and Financial Investigator.

Eveline Gustilo
Eveline is a Consultant with Investigation Associates Australia. She has 20 years of experience in human resources management. Prior to joining Investigation Associates Australia as an investigator and researcher, she was the Chief of Human Resources with the National Economic and Development Authority of the Philippines.
She has a Bachelor of Science (Education) degree.

Associates Australia
We provide investigation services in Australia to assist employers
in dealing with allegations of misconduct, employee misconduct,
employee grievances, employee complaints and workplace grievances.
Our Investigators conduct factual investigations, collecting documentary
evidence and other evidence in conjunction with corporate counsels
and the staff of professional standards units. They use best practice
methodology in accordance with administrative law, applying the
relevant standard of proof, the balance of probabilities. A recommended
finding is made as to whether the allegation is sustained or not
sustained is provided. In the event that allegations are found
to be vexatious or misconceived the client is advised accordingly.
